In research track, is it legal to select episodes according to some rules? Is it legal to select samples according to dataset_reward?

Question about timeline of research track round II

According the homepage of competition

• 9th June : Round 1 begins and submission system opens.
• 30th September: Round 1 ends (Intro track ends). Round 2 begins for the research track.
• 15th October: Round 2 ends. Submissions are validated for compliance with rules.
• December: Winners are invited to NeurIPS 2021 to present their results

However, according to rules

The procedure for Round 2 is as follows:

• During Round 2, teams will submit their source code at most once every two weeks.

which implies that round 2 will last for longer than 2 weeks.
As far as I remember, round II was supposed to be end at November in previous homepage.

Network problem leading fail to build image consume submission quota

In research track round 1, the maximum count submissions is 20. Will these fail build submissions be counted (I sincerely hope that not)? Thank your for your reply.

Network problem leading fail to build image consume submission quota

According to logs, image build quite often fail while building minerl because of network problem, which is not the fault of participant. However, submission quota still be consumed, which I think it is unreasonable. Could you solve this problem? Thanks.

According to rules, model will be retrain online in 4 days for research track. What is the hardware configuration(cpus, gpus) of machines used for retrain? Is there any per step time limit for evaluation and what is the hardware configuration(cpus, gpus) used for evaluation? Thanks for your reply.
