Upload fail: Module 'tensorflow._api.v1.io' has no attribute 'gfile'
Over 5 years agoHi,
We had successful uploads and evaluation recently, but since our last update, we had this error which resulted in upload failure:

We try to reset our repo to the last successful upload model and codes, but the error remain.
We try to fix this error according to https://github.com/google/gin-config/issues/9 by changing gin-config version to 0.1.4, this error remains still.
Anyone has idea how to fix this ?
Evaluation perspective config?
Over 5 years agoThanks @Leckofunny, so there is no way to alter the default evaluation config ?
Evaluation perspective config?
Over 5 years agoHi,
I just uploaded a model which I train using first person view perspective (Without the character in the image), and I got a return around 8 after reward hacking, but the result is 0, and the generated video is 3rd person view.
so, is the evaluation config MUST be using 3rd person view ? or is there anyway to config ?
Successful submissions do not appear on the leaderboard
Over 5 years agoOur submission appear to be graded, but not on leaderboard too
Seems like the problem still persist and leaderboard is not auto recomputing

Run in Debug Mode but leaderboard become 0
Over 5 years agoHi,
I am running on Debug Mode but it somehow affects my rank in the leaderboard and become 0 β¦
Does anyone have similar issues?
FYI: I created a branch and push it for debug mode, not using master, not sure if it is related.
Currently, We are pushing again with normal mode. Will update.
[Updated: Our scores are back in leaderboard, after we push again with normal mode]
Submissions Q&A
Over 5 years agoHi @mohanty,
I have upload and evaluation successful when I use debug mode,
however it failed when I use the non-debug mode(debug == False)
The error is: https://gitlab.aicrowd.com/STAR.Lab/obstacle-tower-challenge/issues/7
I canβt solve the problem, please give me some suggestion or let me know the error in non-debug mode.
Thanks a lot.
Submissions Q&A
Over 5 years agoHi @ChenKuanSun,
I have upload my repo to gitlab.aicrowd.com according to the instructions provided in Unity-Technologies/obstacle-tower-challenge.
I went to issues to check and found nothing, been waited for an hour, not sure how long it takes to verify or receive my submission. Or may be i did some setting wrongly ?
Upload fail: Module 'tensorflow._api.v1.io' has no attribute 'gfile'
Over 5 years agoWe tried a few settings in setup.py, our last attempt success in uploading in debug mode using tensorflow-gpu==1.14
Not sure why since we trained in tensorflow-gpu==1.12
